HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER WITH FISHING TACKLE PLUS™? Most of our customers prefer to order online.  However, we also accept orders by phone, fax or mail.  To order online:  Just click on the "Add to Cart" button next to the item(s) you wish to buy.  The item(s) will be added to your shopping cart.  On some pages, you will click on the image to add it to your cart.  This is noted where applicable.  To order by phone:  Simply call us at 856-627-2689 with your order and payment information.  We'll do the rest! To order by fax/mail: Use our printable order form and fax or mail with your payment. See our Contact Us page for fax/mail info.  
Note: Orders paid for by personal check will be held until the check clears.

WHAT IF THE ITEM I ORDERED IS NOT IN STOCK? We make every effort to ensure the products we offer are in stock at all times, but we occasionally run out of items due to unforeseen demands.  If an item you order is not in stock, we will back order the item and ship as soon as it is available.  If we anticipate that it is going to take longer than 30 days to replenish our inventory, we will contact you either by phone or e-mail to determine how you would like to proceed.  back to top

DO YOU ACCEPT INTERNATIONAL ORDERS? We gladly accept International orders.  Shipping costs for orders shipped outside the U.S. will be calculated on a per-order basis.  We will establish the most economical shipping method, and charge you as such.  Any overpayment will be refunded to you.  All duties and import taxes and customs are the customer’s responsibility.  All payments must be made in U.S. funds drawn on a U.S. bank.  International Money Orders are accepted.  back to top

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS & EXCHANGES? If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return unused items in the original box with all accessories within 30 days for an exchange or refund to the credit card account charged except where noted.  After 30 days, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.  All returns must be insured and postage prepaid. Please clearly print or type your name and address on the outside of the package.  Merchandise must include a copy of our invoice or packing slip.  Shipping and handling is non-refundable.  There are no returns or credits issued without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.  Please contact us for an RMA number.  NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER 45 DAYS. CUSTOM ORDERS ARE EXEMPT FROM RETURN.  back to top

HOW DO YOU SHIP & HOW MUCH WILL IT COST ME? Within the 48 contiguous United States, our preferred shipping method is United States Postal Service Priority Mail.  However, we will occasionally ship via UPS ground service, DHL Express or FedEx.  No orders will be shipped to a P.O. box.  Insurance is included on all packages shipped within the U.S.  Most in-stock items are shipped within 2 business days.  If you are ordering an item that must meet a deadline, please allow at least 2 weeks for delivery.

WILL I HAVE TO PAY SALES TAX? Fishing Tackle Plus is based out of New Jersey, USA.  We are required by law to collect 7% New Jersey State sales tax on orders delivered within New Jersey.  back to top

6. WHAT IS FTP'S PRIVACY POLICY? Your Privacy is Very Important to Us!  Our goal is not only to supply our customers with the best fishing tackle on the market, but also to make it our responsibility to keep very tight security of your personal information.  The integrity of our company and the privacy of our customers is very important to us.  We do not give, sell or distribute your information to any third party.

We require only the information that lets us service your account in privacy and trust.  Your contact information is kept on file so that we may better service your account in the future.  We do not archive your payment information.  In the event that you have any questions about the security of your information, we would be happy to discuss it directly with you.  Security for our customers was our #1 concern when we built our web page.  Our Customer Service representatives are sensitive to your privacy and will not request any information outside of what is necessary to complete your purchase.

9. DO YOU OFFER CUSTOM ORDERS?
We carry items that are not listed on our web site.  If you do not see what interests you, please contact us We will do our utmost to locate it and make it available at the lowest price possible.  This is a service that we are proud to offer.  However, we are unable to accept custom and special orders for return under any circumstances.  back to top
